The Space Management Office collects, maintains, and analyzes information about university space and its utilization.

We coordinate the allocation of existing space and contribute to the planning for renovations and new facilities. This includes providing appropriate office, laboratory, or support space for research and instruction, as well as classroom environments for effective teaching and learning, and support services for use of multimedia classrooms.

We also provide support for leasing space, manage campus real estate transactions, and assist with relocation for large and small projects.
